Mike was born in Newport and joined Newlands in 1974, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1982. He is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers & is currently the president of the local South Wales & Monmouthshire branch. Mike specialises in all aspects of Land Agency, including sales & valuations, quotas, easement & pipeline claims and auctioneering of property, machinery and livestock. John was born in Abergavenny and educated at Hereford Cathedral School. He joined Rennies in 1958 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1962. He is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. He has spent a lifetime specialising in the local land agency market around Abergavenny & Monmouth, particularly auctioneering & forestry, the latter, having taken him all over Great Britain.
